Shipping policy

After an order is placed, please allow us to process your order and to ship it out within 1-5 business days. 

An order confirmation will be sent via email right after placing an order. Tracking numbers will be sent via email between 1-3 business days the order is confirmed and shipped out.

Shoe orders have a processing time between 3-5 business days and are shipped with 2-day shipping after the order is complete.

All orders are shipped through USPS 1-3 business days to arrive at your selected address depending on the location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

Please note, once we ship out your package we are not responsible for USPS deliveries. Any delivery issues must be handled with USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders can take between 1-3 weeks to be delivered.
